    • Unsalted butter – for a smooth, creamy texture.
    • Powdered sugar – creates the light, melt-in-your-mouth consistency.
    • Blueberry flavor paste – provides a rich, natural fruit flavor.
    • Milk – adds just enough moisture to keep the buttercream soft.
    • Salt – enhances the overall flavor and balances sweetness.
    • Dark chocolate – for the perfect chocolate shell.

    Instructions

    Step 1: Prepare the Buttercream

In a mixing bowl, beat the unsalted butter until smooth and creamy. This step ensures the buttercream will be light and fluffy.

Step 2: Incorporate Sugar and Blueberry Paste

Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing well after each addition. Then, mix in the Blueberry Flavor Paste and a pinch of salt. This step builds the silky, fruit-filled base of the buttercream.

    Step 3: Adjust Consistency

Add milk one tablespoon at a time, mixing until the buttercream reaches a smooth, pipeable consistency. If it’s too soft, add more powdered sugar; if too thick, add a few more drops of milk.

    Step 4: Chill and Shape

Chill the buttercream for 15–20 minutes until firm. Then, cut into squares. Let square pieces dry for 12 - 24 hours at room temperature before dipping.

Step 5: Coat in Dark Chocolate

Melt the dark chocolate and carefully dip each buttercream piece, ensuring a smooth and even coating. Let the chocolate set at room temperature or chill briefly for a glossy, professional finish.

    Step 6: Final Touches

Once the chocolate has fully set, transfer your Blueberry Buttercream Chocolates to an airtight container for storage. They can be enjoyed immediately or stored for later!
