Caramel Recipes

These are my favorite caramel recipes!  Caramel can come in so many different forms. Some of my favorite caramels: caramel sauces, caramel squares for dipping, and caramel for caramel apples. Caramel is made from a milk source and sugar source.  Most of the caramels on my site use evaporated milk, white or brown sugar, and corn syrup.

I love a soft, silky, and golden brown caramel that melts away when you bite into it.  Some of my most popular recipes use caramel as a base and then are topped with something else, such as these caramel marshmallows. Dive into each recipe below to learn more about it!
