If I had to only eat one type of candy for the rest of my life, it would be nougat. Fluffy and dense, melt in your mouth nougat. Great as a layer in candy bars or a stand alone confection.  I love how it lets flavors shine through.  Peanut butter nougat is one of my all time favorites.
