Line an 8" x 8" pan with parchment paper, set aside.
Crush Oreo cookies, set aside.
Heat peanut butter and butter until very fluid.
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment, combine fluid peanut butter and butter, powdered sugar, and crushed oreo cookies. Mix on low until combined.
Spread into prepared pan. Dough will be thick.
Using a piece of parchment paper on top of the dough, level out the dough into an even layer. Set aside and make ganache.
Microwave chopped chocolate, butter, and corn syrup for 30 seconds in microwave. Stir. Microwave in 20 second intervals until fluid
Spread over bars. Let set up at room temperature until firm, about two hours.
