Crescent roll apple turnovers are a delightful breakfast or snack treat made by rolling an apple slice inside of crescent roll dough, with a touch of brown sugar and cinnamon, then baking until golden brown.

- 1 apple sliced into 8 slices
- 1 can Food Lion Crescent Roll dough
- 2 tablespoon Food Lion Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Food Lion Ground Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Food Lion Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 375F.
Prepare baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
Roll out crescent roll triangles on baking sheet.
Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla in a small bowl. Spread on each triangle.
Cut apple into 8 even slices. Place one slice on the wide part of the cresent roll triangle.
Roll apple slice up in crescent roll dough. Top with remaining brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon mix.
Bake in oven for 9-12 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
