Zero Sugar Oreo Fluff

A light, creamy cookies-and-cream dessert made with zero sugar ingredients. Chill for a fluffy mousse or freeze for a scoopable treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz sugar-free whipped topping Cool Whip
  • 20 zero sugar chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1 package zero sugar cheesecake pudding mix
  • cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Add cookies to a food processor and pulse into crumbs. Set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together pudding mix and almond milk until smooth and slightly thickened.
  • Fold in whipped topping until fully combined.
  • Gently fold in cookie crumbs.
  • Refrigerate for 1–2 hours for a fluffy texture, or freeze for 1–2 hours for a scoopable dessert.
  • Serve chilled or slightly softened if frozen.

Notes

  • Chill for a mousse-like texture or freeze for an ice cream-style consistency.
  • Let frozen fluff sit at room temp for 5–10 minutes before scooping.
  • Use dairy milk for a richer result.
  • Adjust cookie texture (fine vs chunky) based on preference.
