Equipment

  • 9 x 13" baking dish
  • Mixing bowls (at least 2)
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer
  • whisk
  • Rubber spatula
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Offset spatula or spoon (for spreading layers)
  • Plastic wrap or foil (for covering while chilling)
  • Sharp knife (for chopping Skippy bars and slicing to serve)

Ingredients

Crust:

  • 3 cups crushed Oreo cookies
  • cup melted butter

First Skippy Layer:

  • 10 Skippy Peanut Butter Bars

Peanut Butter Layer:

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup milk
  • cups whipped topping like Cool Whip

Second Skippy Layer:

  • 10 Skippy Peanut Butter Bars

Chocolate Layer:

  • 2 boxes 3.4 oz each instant chocolate pudding mix
  • cups cold milk

Topping:

  • –2 cups whipped topping
  • 10 Skippy Peanut Butter Bars
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips

Instructions

Make the Crust:

  • In a large bowl, combine crushed Oreos and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press evenly into the bottom of a 9 x 13" pan to form a firm crust. Set aside.
  • Add the First Layer of Skippy Peanut Butter Bars:
  • Arrange a layer of Skippy Peanut Butter Bars directly on top of the Oreo crust. Press them in gently to create a solid peanut butter chocolate base.

Prep the Peanut Butter Layer:

  • In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy. Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over the Skippy Bar layer.
  • Press another layer of Skippy Peanut Butter Bars gently into the peanut butter fluff. These hidden chunks melt into the layers for extra peanut buttery bites.

Make the Chocolate Layer:

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes). Let it sit for a minute to fully set, then spread evenly over the peanut butter layer.

Top It Off:

  • Spread a final layer of whipped topping over the pudding. Finish with the remaining Skippy Peanut Butter Bars and a generous sprinkle of peanut butter chips.

Chill and Serve

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to let the layers set and the flavors come together. Slice and serve chilled.
