Ingredients

  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing mix any flavor works
  • 2 sticks 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 sleeve Ritz crackers about 60–70 crackers

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Separate the stuffing mix: pour the box of Stove Top into a large bowl or salad spinner basket, then shake or sift to separate the larger breadcrumbs from the seasoning packet.
  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan, then stir in the dry seasoning mix until it’s fully combined and fragrant.
  • Dip each Ritz cracker into the butter-seasoning mixture, coating it evenly.
  • Arrange crackers in a single layer on your prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for about 8 minutes, until golden and crisp around the edges.
  • Cool slightly before serving (they’ll crisp up even more as they cool).
