Oreo x Ritz Muddy Buddies
A sweet snack made from Oreos and Ritz, coated in a mixture of chocolate, peanut butter, butter, and powdered sugar.
Ingredients
- 6 cups mini oreos
- 6 cups Ritz Bits, divided
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 3 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Into large bowl, measure Oreos and 3 cups of Ritz; set aside. Save rest of Ritz to mix in at the end.
- In a microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter uncovered on High 1 minute; stir. Microwave about 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth.
- Pour mixture over Oreos and Ritz, stirring until evenly coated.
- Pour into a large food storage container with lid. Stir in rest of Ritz.
- Add powdered sugar. Seal container; shake until well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in airtight container.
